    Introducing Aaliyah Cook with Feel Good Fitness LLC. She is a former DI track and field athlete with 10+years of coaching experience. With a degree in Exercise Science from Grand Canyon University, plus 5 certifications that include a NASM certified personal trainer; she is prepared for any motivated individual. Her specialties are in functional strength training and pain free movement.

    Introducing Adrianna Hernandez with Dript by Dri LLC, a certified personal trainer with a background in Exercise Science and Psychology. With nearly a decade of experience, she specializes in autoimmune disease management, hormone balance, postpartum recovery, corrective exercise, bikini-style bodybuilding, and women’s lifestyle training. Dri is available for one-on-one and group training.
